Basic items like dental kit, tea coffee water etc wasn’t provided. Staff is not cooperative.

It’s so far to everywhere and they are not changing towels not too clean rooms and bathroom

Water takes long time to become hot, paid big amount but breakfast was not included

Noisy, different timing for guest/mostly groups check-in or out!! I think no sound/audio insulation in all buildings

The bathroom had very bad smell it’s not properly cleaned , there was only one towel in the bathroom I called reception to bring another towel but they took 20 min to bring it very bad service and slow

We had a great stay at this hotel with our family and friends. The staff were welcoming and accommodating from the start.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. We also liked how quiet and peaceful the surroundings were.The location was convenient, and we enjoyed the shared spaces where we could gather. Overall, a pleasant and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Very bad staff specially at swimming area, they didn't allow my daughters to swim as asked them to wear shorts for swimming even we told being muslim we don't allow our daughters to swim in shorts buy that African lady and then her manager Eric created a drama and fought with us and then we left from swimming area and checked out!!

I paid for an upgrade for a room where they said they have a bath tub and the bath tub water was stuck.It wasn’t working properly at all.Not too much options for the breakfast

The hotel was very clean and the facilities there all are availabe , good choice to stay away from the crowd .

Location is far away from the landmarks , as well as the metro you can not reach by walking you have to take a taxi or bus .

It was clean and quiet. The staff in the dining area are nice.

For the price, they dont provide much amenities and stuff like water and essentials. They should improve their housekeeping/room services.

Rooms are nice and spacious, plenty of space to sit during breakfast. Amazing gym and pool.

I booked via booking.com and amended my reservation by shortening my nights but by arriving at the hotel they said l have to pay full amount to check in since the update didn't show on their side. I explained to them l pay in full my two nights and deposit then we sort the issue the following morning but they insisted l had to pay for all the previous booking in full. I had to wait at the reception couch till the following day despite being tired after long flight and offering to pay extra till we sort issue

Rude staff and location is not very accessible for people without cars

At arrival receptionist tells me there are no rooms available while I have had a booking and requested for early check-in which was approved. They did not want to look for a solution for me
